Fee Assistance
Did you know: Many families are entitled to fee relief from Centrelink. To determine your eligibility, please contact Centrelink directly on 13 61 50, where you can also lodge your application over the phone from 8.00am to 8.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Before commencing your Fee Assistance (if approved by Centrelink), please supply the centre your customer reference number (CRN), along with the CRNs of your child/children. We will then link your enrolment to your Centrelink profile so that we can process all of your entitlements.
Jet/Study Assistance
Are you currently studying? You may be eligible for JET, which will allow the government to provide you with a higher rate of childcare benefit, thus reducing your fees.
To enquire whether you are eligible for JET assistance, please call the Family Assistance Office on 13 61 50.
Special Child Care Benefit
If you experience unexpected financial hardship, our centre can provide up to 13 weeks care for your child/children at no charge, as part of our commitment to supporting families in crisis. Conditions do apply, so please see Centre Management to enquire.
Grandparent Subsidy
Are you a grandparent in custody of your grandchildren? You may be entitled to bring your child/children to the centre at no charge. Please enquire for further information.
Cancellation of Care
Parents & Guardians please note: If you’d like to cancel the centre’s care of your children – or if you’d like to reduce the days that your child is here – you must provide the centre with a two week notice period (in writing). Please see the Centre Manager for further information.
