Fees Policy

All parents are to register with the Family Assistance Office once they enrolled in the centre even if you are a full fee parent. The Family Assistance Office phone number is 136 150 (Mon to Fri 8am-8pm). Child Care Benefit fee subsidies will be applied according to information provided to the service through Child Care Management System (CCMS).

Fee payment will be accepted through Ezidebit (Direct Debit).

Late Payment Fees

Fees are to be paid 2 weeks in advance. If fees are overdue for 2 consecutive weeks, a late payment fee of $10 may apply. It is parent’s responsibility to keep your child/ren’s account up to date.
Receipts/statements will be available as soon as possible and distributed to families. The centres’ preferred method for payment is Ezidebit. If parents have enquiries relating to fees, please see Management.
Any changes of booking for full-time and part-time, must be notified to management at least two weeks in advance, otherwise fees will apply as usual.

Absences

CCB provides 42 absence days from July-June (Financial Year) annually permitted. Public holidays are considered absence days and are included in the initial 42 days allowed.

If absence allowances are exceeded, full fees will apply for further absences. Please speak to the Centre Manager if you feel you may exceed this allowance, as you may be eligible for additional absences dependent upon your special circumstance.
